In the form, let us know which design collection you are selecting and the floral elements you would like included, along with the quantity for each. If an item is not needed, please indicate “N/A.”

After reviewing your submission, we will send a custom proposal for your event. Revisions may be made up to four weeks prior to the event date. A $500.00 minimum order per collection is required.
